We cannot provide the timeliness provided by the delivery service but we will help buyers on our website to update shipping information and buyers can contact us Monday to Friday if there are questions that the buyer wants to ask.

All of our products, we process through several stages and quality control is carried out at each stage so that the products that have been produced and accepted by buyers are really goods of very good quality, and we pack with international shipping standards. If the item received by the buyer is damaged or defective in production, the buyer can contact us to help us with the completion process. We will provide a solution for this such as, replacement of goods and sent with our premium shipping without additional costs from the buyer or a full refund.

We will provide a 30 days product warranty, which means that if the item arrives at the buyer and for 30 days something is damaged, we will replace the item.
